Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (Real Estate preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market (Zirakpur, Mohali, Chandigarh) is a plus.
- Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits.
